Should this transaction proceed?
Begin with the protected action, the policy that defines eligibility and the system that can apply a response. Establish who owns a disputed decision before adding new evidence.
Evidence worth collecting
- Transaction and order information
- Customer, fulfillment and account history
- Confirmed disputes and later outcomes
A practical control sequence
- Choose the decision point and the system responsible for authorization. Connect later outcomes to the original order.
- Evaluate accepted and declined customers together. Inspect review work and legitimate completion.
- Read eligibility, exclusions, evidence requirements and reimbursement terms for any guarantee. Keep operational owners involved in procurement.
Watch the boundary
An identification, a risk call and a guaranteed transaction are different units. A simple per-call comparison can conceal different product scope and liability.
Measure customer completion, confirmed outcomes, review effort and missing results within the same cohort. A rise in blocked activity alone does not show that the business is better protected.
